"I'm happy if you are happy"
andreas k, 24-09-2019
I booked a one-day tour before arriving in India. Communication and payment were very easy. As agreed I was picked up by Mukesh, the driver, at my Hotel, perfect in time and he brought me to a place where we met the guide - a very young student who was not so long with this company. Both, Mukesh and the guide showed me all (?) the sightseeing points mentioned in the tour description. But for reasons, I do not know the guide was in a big hurry and so the tour ended after 4 instead of 8 hours.

Calling Shailesh, I expressed my disappointment and he was very sad. He offered me compensation, repeating the tour on another day, free shuttle service to the airport and much more. Unfortunately all this didn't match with me. Finally, Mukesh gave me a private tour through the Slums of Mumbai and I had a dinner with Shailesh and his family in the evening. Although the tour itself did not meet my expectations the compensation I received made up for everything.

Mukesh is very kind, polite and friendly, he answered all my questions and I never felt scared or afraid when walking with him through the Slum. And beside he's an excellent driver who always keeps in the chaotic traffic of Mumbai.

Shailesh was very upset about the behaviour of his guide and I'm convinced that he will draw all consequences so that this will never happen again. He showed a very big hospitality, had dinner with me at his home and during this hours I felt myself more as his friend than as his customer.

Both Shailesh as well as Mukesh did everything to implement their motto "I'm happy if you are happy" - a big and warm THANK YOU to both of them.

Finally I can warmly recommend to everybody to book a tour with Mystical Mumbai.
Great tour
