What To Expect

BOMBAY TO MUMBAI TOURS
You will be picked up from front gate of Taj Mahal Palace and taken to the Gateway of India . From here, we take ferry for Elephanta Island . It’s take 1hrs ride to reach elephanta island after arrival we will take toy train for 2minutes is a fun and quirky way to travel and takes us Half way of Caves After that you will proceed to the Elephanta Caves which contain a collection of rock art linked to the sect of Shiv You’ll have 1 Hrs to explore the caves, also seeing the sculpted images of Kalyansundara, Gangadhara and Ardhanriswara, so remember to bring a camera! Afterwards you will board the ferry again heading back to Mumbai where the tour will end

Private AC car pickup from our hotel with a smiley gesture..a boat ride upto elephanta caves and vice versa..

A visit to elephanta caves is well worth the time. The caves are well maintained and though the journey is a bit rocky with the ferry, but the actual site is enchanting. Guides are available aplenty and charge nominally around Rs.300.
